    Instead of removing the USB Root Hub, go to "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and update the drivers for it, restart, disable it, then restart again.

    It works, i had a problem with my bluetooth device wich was wrongly recognized as a usb device. After uninstall the usb root the touchpad of my laptop did stop working but i just rebooted using the keyboard. Now everything works just fine, even my bluetooth
